1. General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the user of the bdbok platform ("User", "you") and the organization operating bdbok ("bdbok", "we", "us"). By accessing the bdbok website or app, registering, or using any service, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms in full.

3.3 One Account Per Person

5.2 Bonus Terms

After receiving a bonus, a specific wagering requirement must be met before it can be converted to cash. General conditions:

• Welcome bonus wagering requirement: 15x (you must wager 15 times the bonus amount).
• The decision to accept a bonus must be made at the time of registration.
• Withdrawing while a bonus is active will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being cancelled.
• A bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonuses from different promotions cannot be used together unless specifically stated.

5.3 VIP Program

Regular users can enjoy three tiers of benefits through the bdbok VIP Program. It is possible to advance to a higher tier through consistent gaming activity:

• Gold — Weekly cashback of up to 1.2%.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Results

The results of all games on bdbok are determined through a technologically neutral process. It is not possible to externally influence the outcome of any game. If a game is interrupted after it has started due to a technical issue, bdbok will settle the wager for that game at its own discretion.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting, official results are final. If a match is postponed or cancelled, bdbok settles bets according to established rules. Specific rules apply to each sports event.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Due to a court order or legal obligation.
• To ensure the security of the platform.

8.2 Closure at User Request

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance (provided the bonus conditions have been met).
